We are writing to share with you that we must close our business of home delivery. The upward spiral of costs to pack and deliver organic produce has led to our decision to end services effective April 26, 2012.
We have enjoyed working with you to bring you organic produce for the past five years. Our goal was to transform our model into a profitable business that provided affordable organic produce while encouraging local farming. Unfortunately, at this time we need to step back and reconsider our operation.
Once again we thank you for your loyalty to us. We encourage you to continue eating healthy with organic produce. Our local Lancaster farmers will still be in operation this summer. If you are interested in being a part of a local CSA please email Danny@EastOrganics.com
